Dependency Injection Principle

Approximately two weeks ago, I gave a presentation on the Dependency Injection Principle. I will not go into any detail about it, since it is described in a number of books and in many places on the web. My sole purpose for this entry is to publish the supporting references for the presentation.

First, the book Agile Principles, Patterns, and Practices in C#, written by Robert C. Martin and Micah Martin, and published by Prentice-Hall, provides an excellent definition along with several clear examples of the Dependency Injection Principle. It is an all-around excellent book on proper application development.
